Top Notch Builders, Inc. specializes in new residential construction. We do other work as the need arises, but we try to stay focused on what we do best. We generally stay within a 30 mile radius of Rolla, Missouri.
Top Notch Builders, Inc. was incorporated in late 2003. While we are a new corporation, we are not without experience.
I am Stephen Beaty, the president of the corporation. Before I began building custom homes and additions, I worked as a sole proprietor for several years in this area doing remodeling and renovation work. As a young person, I helped my dad do remodeling work on buildings he owned and we built a major addition onto our home when I was in Jr. High. I have built three homes for myself. And as you can see from the pictures here on this website, we have built a number of nice homes in the area.
I am personally involved in every project we take on. When my crews are at work on a project, I am on the jobsite almost daily. When subcontractors are at work, I am in regular contact with them and regularly check on the work.
In this business, it would be unusual for any company to build an entire house without having at least some of the typical delays, miscommunications, accidents, etc. that come with the decision to build a home. Just like all the rest of life, home building has its own set of frustrations. It would be unfair and unrealistic to claim that we at Top Notch are immune to all of these. But we are serious about keeping these frustrations to a bare minimum. Our desire is to help our customers actually enjoy putting together their dream. A satisfied customer is our best advertising as well as the greatest boost to our own team morale.
We also offer one of the best new home warranties available. In addition to the standard one-year builders’ warranty, I include two years on the electric, and five years on the HVAC and the roof. Longer and more extensive extended warranties are available for an additional charge.
While we offer a full turnkey home, we also are available to work with homeowners who want to be their own General Contractor. In those situations, we can offer framing, roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, and electrical contracts, as well as consulting services.
We will work with you from the design phase through move-in. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss ideas, house plans, etc. Estimates are free as well.
